UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I have called Cell c numerous times and have emailed [Email Removed] more times than i care to remember. I have been blacklisted by cell c for an amount of R3900 which i do not owe, i settled my account 2 months ago and Malcolm Govender confirmed this and my line was reinstated for that reason yet i have been put on ITC by Cell. I called the call center and Monwabisi advise that i have two accounts under my name of the same phone number, meaning when my account as reinstated when i paid they opened another account but did not update the owing one if that makes sense (HOW CAN MY LINE BE ACTIVE AND WORKING IF IM BLACKLSITED). Someone from Legal was going to call me back and i would get a letter and my name would be removed from ITC I need a letter stating that this was an error on cell c's side as this is negatively affecting my credit scores. Your speedy response will be appreciated as this has gone on for to long and its becoming a real frustration. This really is bad service that im receiving as i have not been contacted, its as f my complaints are not been acknowledged
