DAYS OF NO RESPONSE

BAD SERVICE ALL THE WAY!!!

I applied online for a contract and in no time Kgosi Moiloa a sales agent called me back I advised Kagiso that I don't think that I qualify... taking into consideration my previous encounter I had with MTN but he went ahead and check for me. Nice

This is my problem: the sales agent Kgosi Moiloa told me and I quote "Babes you need to pay R108 for you to Qualify" I say ok he gives me the banking details: And this all started on the 02 May 2013

Make the deposit on the 03 May 2013 advice him that it has been done he tells me it take about 24h to reflect on their side and that cool with me.

On the 06 May 2013 I mail this guy so feedback he tells me: "Hi.

Application Rejected.

What I am going to do is to negotiate with retension and do Upgrade is that okay"

I say ok... but in our first encounter he PROMISED me that if I pay R108 then I qualify so this is really upsetting me as I had to take the last money I had so I can "qualify" only to find that this is incorrect information and till today I am still waiting for him to get back to me as promised that he will negotiate wit
