I Traveled to Seattle USA and upon my arrival I sent Cell C an email to activate my Roaming service. It took them more than 4 days to respond to the mail requesting additional information after all everything was provided in the first response. I then decided to make a call to their call centre and spoke to a consultant who argued with me and eventually told me that they cannot activate roaming unless I am in South Africa, what a disappointment and a shocker for a network like them to operate on such a small scale. Nevertheless I decided to write this post just to inform the general public. Thanks my contract expire in July I will be gladly moving away to another provided and inform friends and family of the disaster of a service they provide.
