Quick to deliver, no response after cancellation

He phoned met 9 times to persuade me to accept a new contract. I eventually said yes just to stop him from pestering me. They delivered the parcel very early the next morning. I went to the vodacom branch in Lakeside Benoni and cancelled this contract. The lady that helped me phoned the aftersales department and told (Sjevaan?) that I would like to cancel. She said they would pick the parcel up within 7days and gave met a reference nr. I tried to call the aftersales department for 2 days but it is impossible. They put you on hold forever, while you have to listen to the most awful music. I even tried the call back option but they only responded once and then she said she could not hear me. I am going on holiday and if they don't collect the parcel before
Wednesday I will be gone.
