Erco express does put the customers needs first

I ordered a product from a company which was delivered through berco express. On tuesday they were suppose to deliver my parcel but did not try and phone me to ask if i am available, they just took the parcel back to the warehouse and said pi was unavailable. then the following day i phoned regarding delivery and they said no company name was supplied but when i filled in my address i did give company name. so i gave the company name again. 2 hours later i phoned back and they said they still do not have a company name, so i gave it again. then 40 min later i phoned and they still had problems. i was on the phone most of the morning just to struggle to get my parcel delivered. these guys also promises to phone back but they do not and the one guy at the company said they tell you they will phone back but never do. they siad i should come pick up my parcel but i paid for delivery to my door. i spent so much time on the phone and phone money just to get my parcel. their service was very bad. got my parcel only before home time which was at 4 in the afternoon, but once again they promised that i would get it before 3 in the afternooon.
