Bad service and change of info!

I am disgusted with the service received from Cell C today! I called Tuesday to ensure they raise the limit on my phone, why they have one I don't know. All went well and I was promised it will be resolved in 24 hours. They even gave me a reference number for the call so all went well! Today my phone got blocked and nothing was done in more that 72 hours since my call. The call centre refused to assist as someone has changed my address and I don't know what they have put on! Now if I could have been assisted on Tuesday by the call centre, received a reference no with MY address who changed the address now that I can't be assisted. How must I know what the person on the other side did??? 3 attempts to speak to a manager was useless as they cut the phone the entire time. We have put Cell C on a trial to see as we have 13 contracts with another supplier that we want to move but that does not seems viable with the terrible service received!
