I received a phone call to offer me a cell contract which I accepted as I was employed and wanted a new phone and I was on the phone for a long time. I had the contract for 2 years and then I got another phone call to offer me a new free cell phone with my upgrade and I said sure as I was still employed and like normal accepted a upgrade and enjoyed the new free phone. Then in 2011 I lost my job and I sent a fax to the number on auto page statement to cancel the contract I received a phone call and I was told it can be done but will take 3 months to finialise and I need to wait until some one calls me again to confirm. Guess what nothing no phone call and then the next thing a lawyer calls and says I owe R13790, 89 for my cell account and then I received another phone call after I refused to pay and I owed R10700.90 on my account and I refused to pay as to me it was cancelled. Then I had to move and changed my address and then I received a phone call that I owe R7800.00 and they want my new address were I stay. I asked for what they said for account. I refused and then they traced me to my work and phoned me one day to say I won a competition and needed my address to deliver my acc bs
