We have been struggling with our internet since 3rd april 2013.
I have a 2g contract & a uncapped contract.
My brother has got an uncapped contract. (pretoria)
My Mother has got an uncapped contract. (nylstroom/modimolle)
We are paying for a service that is almost USELSS!!!
We are constantly on Edge.
When we phone - they is we must phone another department - it is not their problem.
And when we phone - we get the same response.
Everyone is just passing the bucket & we are just paying and you are just smiling.
Please can we get this sorted out?
We have an exta attena to boost the signal - but is is useless.
We have been told the tower was off - but fixed (but the same problem in nylstroom?)
Please phone me back asap to get this sorted!!
