Suspension of internet and phone contract

Upgraded from 2g to uncapped was informed verbally that all is right and I am uncapped, 2 weeks later my phone and internet was switched of because of outstanding balance of R9140 after several enquiries via phone and personal at the service provider no pos feedback was received Monty@dic informed Renier that i can go ahead and use my internet uncapped till today no feedback from mtn i am not liable for that amount because i was informed that all is well i did this migration from 2g to uncapped on 29/11/12 i think this is very unprofessional from mtn for giveing me the wrong advice and not rectifying THEIR fault.
