I have been offered an early upgrade last month. Last week Pauline phoned me to go over the contract with me and told me that as soon as my upgrade was approved, she will get back to me. My upgrade was approved the next day on the 30th of May. Till now - no new phone and Pauline is not calling me back. I have no intention of calling cell c again, this year I am just not going to bother with bad service from anybody who offers me a service that I pay for. If I don't get my phone this week, this contract will be cancelled after 8 years. Ps. No use sending sms or e-mail to customer service - no response!
