Ineffcient call cente

After doing a sim-swap, I've been told twice already to wait 24 to 48 hours for the new sim card to be activated, and still nothing (4 days later). I phoned numerous times and keep being told to wait untill I get contacted. I work during the day and cannot make it to a Cell C outlet. I find it very frustrating trying to stay in contact without a working sim card.
I am a loyal customer of Cell C and have never had any troubles before, I only wish to have a sim swap.
