I took my Samsung contract phone in to Cell C shop in East rand Mall in december with a problem where the software goes in a loop and the phone gets hot & battery dies very fast.
I received an SMS on 24/12/2012 saying phone was "recorded on repair management system."
I received another SMS on 28/12/2012 saying my phone was "received at the Cell C repair centre Midrand"
I received a further SMS on 07/01/2013 regarding the repair and told to phone them on 084140
After waiting 15 minutes and after speaking to 3 different ladies, I spoke to a lady who listened to me and told me she would investigate further on her side and get back to me the same day (I have her name)
I sent repeated e-mails and phoned in repeatedly but am getting nowhere (17/01/2013)
Due to lack of space to log a precise summarisation of events I have had to shorten my complaint considerably.
Bottom line: I am without my phone and cannot reach anyone to get it back! REF: clc880031
