Shocking service

On the 13 th MarchI telephoned Auto Page and told them that the charger for my new Samsung 3 series was faulty and asked if they would replace it for me. I personally have kept notes of all the phone calls that I have made to them regarding this issue and was told by one of the employees that I should have it by the 30th April as stocks had been replenished. It is absolutely impossible to get a response from by way of a return phonecall. On the 7th May I wrote to them and the reply that I received was that they have escalated my request to the two persons that I have been dealing with as well as the manager of the particular department. It seems impossible that one can leave a message as I have done this morning and it is 2 hours later and I'm still waiting.
I did write to them on the 15th of this month and told them that I have never had such disgusting service from any one firm. I might mention that I have been with Auto Page since the inception of cell phones.
