Auto page customer neglect!

Around the beginning of October my cell phones software 'bombed out' and i purchased the phone 1st June on contract ..i went to Auto page in Richards Bay ..i spoke to a lady she said i can either get a new phone or choose to take out a different phone ..i go back in that same week and then a guy tells me no i can only get the same phone i have ..now there i already got off because someone doesn't know whats going on in their own department..i hand over my phone and the box and i leave ..a week later i return and my phone is still there and i ask why .. he said i need the earphones and booklet so i go get it.. and gave it a week i go back ..no the guys says he sent in the phone but they sent it back because the cable wasn't in the box!! now if you knew better wouldn't you check before you sent something away??? so i bring the cable and all good my phone is sent and there ..so a week later i got back and im told to contact head office ..so i do and they tell me they unaware of my phone being sent to them?? and i get told i must wait 4 weeks because that's how long the process will take!!! 4 weeks??? for what?? my phone to pile up with dust..i am fed up! i want a refund!
