On the 03/11/2013, I bought a cell phone at Autopage and had it insured right then. On the 02/12/2013, I put in a claim to have my phone replaced after it went missing.
After submitting my claim with Admin, I was told a consultant would call me back and when I realized a few hours later that no one was going to call me I called and spoke to Ismaeel who said that my insurance was cancelled on the 06/05/2013 which is impossible because I'd never had insurance with them until the the 3rd.
He said he would investigate and when he didn't get back to me, I went back to Aotopage and they emailed my contract to Neliswa who eventually told me that they didn't find me on their database because Autopage did not send the contract to them. This has been a back and forth of "We don't deal with insurance" (Autopage) to "It's their fault for not sending your details" (Admin). Meanwhile, I am left without a phone and can hardly work because I need my phone for that while they keep blaming each other.
I have spent a lot of money this week trying to sort it out to no avail. I need a phone ASAP, they can thrash it out and decide later whose fault it is. I am greatly inconvenienced because of this
