Dear MTN
I complained about Data coverage in my area on this site and on your Call Centre over a month ago AND NO RESPONSE!
I am respectfully requesting a real Human Being to Call me and discuss this issue with me directly as a matter of urgency!
As a DIRECT RESULT of Poor /Slow Data I have just been locked out of my Yahoo account after Three Failed Password reset attempts... Internet bombing out!!! Thank-you. Now I have to wait 24 Hours to get into my own Main E Mail account!
I actually CANNOT UNDERSTAND how any Company can not at least CALL a Customer that has problems with Service. This is more annoying than the ACTUAL SERVICE PROBLEM ITSELF.
