Speed Stick Fail

I Have been using Cell C as my internet service provider for around a year now and I have had no problems.

Recently however, My Internet speed has decreased drastically and sometimes is completely non existent.

This all started around 2 to 4 months ago. I started receiving internet payment bills exceeding R5000!!!
For a 5 gig contract that I use exclusively for work, this has totally destroyed my chances of getting my small business up and running.

This week, I have been to the stores 3 times, and changed my data plan twice. The problem is still there however and every time I phone the call center I get a different story!!

The clerks working at the Cell C store gave me 2 software updates to try. The fist one was non responsive and the second one, after 5 attempts, finally worked. Only to find out that it was intended for MAC users!!

I have never experienced such shocking service in all my life. Thanks to this problem I am in debt and out of work due to the fact that I rely on a constant internet connection. (I am a Graphic Designer).

I Will have to go through tomorrow AGAIN to get a windows update. But to be honest I don't think my "Speed" Stick will ever function again.
