Online check in not working

I tried to check in on-line on Kulula's kulula.mobi web site but it failed with an error message. I then tried the [URL Removed] site, but it failed even earlier. I retried many times over a period of 8 hours with exactly the same failures. When I called their call centre, the helpful agent contacted their IT department, which insisted that both sites were working without a problem. I then submitted an e-mail via Kulula's web site, describing the problem and clearly stating that I had problems on both kulula.mobi and [URL Removed] After more than 24 hours, I received a one liner response that stated (sic) "we are still experience problems with regards to our mobi site, please check in our own main site" It should be noted that one is only allowed to check in on-line within 24 hours of departure, which means that I received their advice to try their [URL Removed] web site (which I clearly stated was not working) nearly 24 hours after my flight's departure.

Kulula, please post this notice: "Please save yourself the trouble to fill in all the data needed for on-line check in. It is not working - not on the mobi site and also not on the main site and we are not bothered to fix the problems."
