Seriously!!!

Does cell c understand the new consumer act and was this mentioned to staff. i went in looking for a new contract for a modem. i was told that the fee will be 120 per month for two 2 gigs of data which was what i wanted. i was told the once off connection fees and the double deduction. which i was totally aware and fine with. now i have not had one single deduction that is close to what i expected. i have different amount deducted from my account. number one i only requested 2 gigs of data if it is expired cell c is supposed to cut me off automaticaly and not bill me for the extra gigs i use. i get an email when i have less than 500 mb and not whem my mb are finished!!! i didnt sign for that and according to the consumer act i have to be told about these conditions. it is let the buyer be aware conditions and that full diclosures have to be made. dont think the ombudmans man will be very happy here!!! my postal address is wrong and i have other accounts with cell c and my debit order date is wrong because the person was too lazy to change the date on the form. i am sick of cell c and i will take this further if i have too. i do not wish my query to be handled by the store
