So I took out a new contract a special offer of 2 samsung phones, when it eventually arrived I saw one phone missing, I jumped on the phone and called mobi warehouse and I was told that the marketing dpt is aware of the problem and its actually just one phone and not two, I was also told I'm not the first consumer to believe that I will receive two phones as I was xplained by Prince. I infact told him that when the order was confirmed and they knew about the issue why was it not clarified, no response? Still waiting on my other phone, when will I get my phone mobiwarehouse? Your internal marketing issues not my problem!
