POOR POOR SERVICE

I got a new ADSL router, I tried to connect to the router, but it prompted me for a password. I have been a mweb client for many years now and I have only ever used one password for them, but for some strange reason this password did not work. I called technical support for assistance and here my frustartion starts. Firstly, I have to fill in a form and fax it back, along with my ID in order to get this done. I do not have a fax machine at home and I obviously cannot email. An ISP who can only do things by fax? So the next day at work I fill in their forms and send them my id, but alas, it is not enough. I called tech support again who told me that this was a business account and that they also need an authorisation letter on a letterhead. I converted this account to my personal name more than a year ago and they are gladly taking subscriptions from my personal account every month, but won't help me change a password with out a letterhead from a business that does not even exist anymore? After I got very upset they agreed to help meand gave me a password, but guess what? it did not work! Support structres are stuck in the dark ages! Impossible to work with you guys, cancelling today
