Your incompetence had directly cost me money

My internet connection keeps randomly dropping. I've had Telkom here to check the line - they say there is no problem.

I phoned technical support three times:

Call 1 : We can see it's not your account. Troubleshoot the router. Router looks fine. Looks like your line.
Issue resolves itself.

Call 2: Completely follows a script for troubleshooting and blames our router again.
Issue resolves itself.

Call 3: Follows a script for troubleshooting and suggest we buy a new router.

We buy a new router and install. Need password from Mweb to setup new router - have to send form with mail to get new password. Need issue resolved sooner than waiting for forms to be processed.
Try old router again, and internet is back on.

How dare you have staff that follow scripts suggest buying a new router? If you can't have competent people giving advice don't appoint people that can only follow scrips. This has had direct financial impact on me.
Why do I have to dill in forms to reset my password?

Your prices are ridiculous and your service levels slipping.
