Upgrade and port not activated!!!

Upgraded an already existing long term account. The iphone should've been included in monthly tarriff, but now recieved a bill of over R5000. The liason for nashua says this was a mistake. When asked to correct it, she simply says, dont worry, if the money is debited, they will refund!!! Why cant she rectify the problem before the debit is gone through?? I have also ported my number over to mtn. This should have taken place by the 16th. It is now the 23rd may and do not have any cell service. Furthermore, when u complain, no one bothers to contact you to rectify the problem. Ive heard of bad service for nashua, but never believed it until now. And judging by all the previous comments ive read here on this site, its no wonder why several people I know have opted out from this service provider!
