The issues has still not been sorted out. Despite a month passing. Telkom have failed to contact me when they say they will, nor have they shown up at my house when they say they will. The issue is still occuring and has occurred as a result of a change that they made despite their continued denial. Your escalation procedures are utterly useless as nobody has even bothered to deal with the problem, yet you have not problem charging me for a service that I don't currently have.
