Good day,
I wish to lodge a formal complaint against MTN and its incompetent billing system. I took out an additional contract during October/November 2011 at a monthly fee of R100.00 - top up. All has been well for the past 8 months - all of a sudden you bill me R199.00 a month for THE SAME contract - invoice ref # A4087186.
I want this sorted out NOW - I have three contracts with you and should you fail to resolve I will take my business elsewhere. Your customer service is appalling and I suggest any MTN consumer to scrutinize their MTN bills on a monthly basis as you will be robbed blind should you not take care with dealing with MTN.
I am awaiting immediate credit of my account and assurance it will not be an issue in the future.
