Double billing

Why is it that for the past 4 months I have spending atleast R100 over n above my monthly payments trying to sort out a recurring issue on a monthly basis. I called in the last time n n extra view consultant promised to follow up my query n get back to me. Now the same that was supposed to be sorted out has cost me to pay double my monthly subscription n Multichoice seems not to care at all.
This is the kind of service I pay for... gettin a headache every month from them... For them its perfect cause they making money..
