Virgin Mobile "lost" my sim card

I went in for a sim swap that was suppose to only take 24hours, but it is now 3 weeks. Virgin has 'lost' my sim card number on their system and can not find it, so they cannot help me. I have been phoning, went to the branches, contact their support line, screamed, pleaded and still nothing happens!
Each time they promise that somebody will get back to me an keep me updated, and that is also a lie!
I have to pay my account, but haven't been able to speak to anybody for 3 weeks. Not been able to do cellphone banking, no Internet banking because my password has been sent to my cell phone.
Nobody seems to know what the is going on there, because every single person I speak to only tells me their technicians is working on the problem. I am currently using my daughter's phone which is also inconvieniant because now I cannot get hold of her.
What else can I do?
