Three different versions

I called in today to increase my limit on my contract phone.

One person had told me that they are going to be sending a email to the accounts people to increase my limit and deactivate my line, and that I should receive an SMS regarding my query. I received the SMS, however still my line has not being reactivated.

I call in the second time in the afternoon to find out what is going on with my case, and some lady decides to give me of attitude, and thus I ended up hanging up.

I call in once again to find out what is really happening, and another lady tells me that I need to pay in half of the outstanding amount for the contract for this month which has not needed. This has me off because last month they decided to close off my line although they had already taken their money from the automatic debit transaction.

Furthermore, how can three different people tell me three different stories about one simple thing. I don't know who to believe and if this is the type of service I get, I might as well close off my two contracts and take it to another service provider!!!

I am dissatisfied and I have never received such bad service from a service provide!!!
