Poor feedback/response/delivery

I placed an online request via the Vodacom website for a special that was running last month. I request the 2Gig day & 2Gig night special & didn't hear from the sales department until 19 June 2013!!! I told the sales rep that I'm shocked at their delayed response. He went on to say that the special is no longer available. I declined and went for the 2 Gig, with modem (not on special) since the special was no longer active. This is my first problem! Why advertise something then respond after the special is over! Isn't it ethical to keep to your advertised products, within the given time or to still offer that deal since I requested it at the correct time & it was YOUR fault that the time for the offer had lapsed! Secondly, they read me the terms & conditions and promise that I will receive my product on Thursday 20 June 2013 . I called the call center and get pushed from pillar to post with non helpful staff. Guy called Thando said he cant call the department that deals with online sales dispatching since they don't have incoming line HAHA - that's so hilarious. I called back a few times with no luck and still haven't received my promised 24hr deliver of the product!!! Seriously!!!
