TERRIBLE SERVICE - bad communication

Purchased a R1800-00 pre-paid data sim card, for internet use.

Tried to return it the following day at Tyger-valley 8ta shop, as internet was slow and completely disconnected at the end, -says HSDPA and 3-4 bar signal, they only then informed me that no refund was possible. nothing on slip that says that! They encouraged me to try again and sit next to a window, or outside...?! and i sat outside like a gullible child, there was no internet at all... disappointed again, i returned the following day.

8ta then said "A Free Booster will be installed in your room" to increase the internet speed, all i need to do is wait 24 hours as they are sending a technician to install booster, nothing happened for a week...

i finally decided to sent a friendly mail to ask what is happening..., 1 months later, I get a phone call asking me if i still have the problem??? i told them i do, and am still waiting to this day for 8ta. Sad to say, 8ta has really bad service and follow-ups, all they want is my money, and dont care about the service they "suppose" to provide! Don't recommend 8ta at all!
