Again as expected my e-mail goes unanswered. How can you do business like this? I received a reference number regarding my query - 3040204809 . Yesterday I called 140 and spoke to a very helpful customer service consultant called Theodora. I explained to her the situation and she logged on to my account. According to her a certain Nadine reply to my query regarding the additional 300mb data allocation, only to indicate that it will be allocated from the 1st of June. This is utter nonsense! Why would you let me upgrade in mid March only to allocate the full package to me in June, but I must still pay the full contractual amount of R399 a month!!?? Is this not false advertising? This was not communicated to me before I signed the contract. As stated in my previous mail, I only took this contract for the data deal.

No I am sitting with a iPhone 5 with only 200mb of data a month. Today is the 10th and I only have 86mb left and I don't have a top up option. So basically my phone is useless to me and I can't use any apps seeing that I will have to cough up for the data myself. You are the service provider, that's what you should do - PROVIDE A SERVICE.
