I bought a Nokia Lumia 520 6 days ago. The battery has been giving problem since day one. Today I brought it in to exchange it. To my knowkedge if a phone is under guaranty you are able to exchange it. They insist o sending a brand new phone for a software update to fix a battery problem. When insisting on a new phone they say it cant be done. I find this utterly unacceptable and in breach of my contractual rights.
