I received a bill yesterday for R519.50. I have never used my phone. The only reason I got the line was to set up ADSL, and this was going to cost me R167 per month. How it went from R167 to R519.50 when I have never even picked up the receiver, I would love to know!
Whoever picks up this complaint, I would like my account cleared and cancelled with immediate affect. I no longer want anything to do with Telkom. It's just ridiculous. Thieving who can do whatever thehell they want because they have no competition.
