Too much dishonesty!!!

A while back, i applied online for a cell phone contract on theTelkom Mobile website. The following day, a consultant called me and I went through the entire sales call process where he informed me that the contract was approved and that I should expect delivery within four to five days from the courier after a debit went off my bank account. A few days later, I called in only to find out that my details weren't on the system and I did another application with an Angelique. Later during the day I called in to find out what was happening as I did not want to end up with two applications and the consultant told me it had been declined and gave me the whole story about applications will be declined if separate applications are made before the three month waiting period (I have no accounts with Telkom Mobile and this was my first application with them). I spoke to a Nandipa who was very rude and I reported the matter on Telkom Mobile's facebook page. Later on, a manger from Cape Town called me and did not resolve the matter!! All in all, the service stinks across the board with too much dishonesty and very bad turn around time!!!
