So I had a complaint about Bad Service (Still Have). The reply on Hello Peter was nice, making everybody believe that MTN went out of their way to resolve my issue. FACT IS THAT TILL TODAY IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!! Money taken off that MTN can't tell me what for??? Phoned today, 4 calls to try and get issue resolved, 4 different answers, 4 different ways to resolve and 4 different opinions, 1 CALL CENTRE.
Come on MTN this is not cool!!!
