Previous issue STILL not resolved

I refer to my previous report.

Standard Bank reported that they have resolved the issue with MBD Inc.

This issue has still not been resolved. Even though the sms' I receive is irritating, my biggest concern is that I will be wrongfully placed on ITC, which will be an even greater issue to resolve.
