I bought a bed at bears in June 2011 and 7 months later the mattress is saging on the one side I gave a formal complaint at the store every 2 week i use to phone and follow up on my complaint and untill today nothing was done or no relevant feedback was given. Last week and Thursday head office phoned to see if the matter was resolved and I explained how many call I made and no relevant feedback is given. But the lady promised to phone me back within 24 hours time and till today no reply. Im suffering of back aches of this bed. I just had enough of this. Please help me resolve this issue!!!
