I purchased a NEW iPhone 5 from the Clearwater outlet in January 2013, lately my phone keeps saying "No Service" no matter where I am be it at the office or at home. I reported this to support at Cell C, they told me that they will get "Network" to look at it it could just be a realignment of my Simm card. But they suggested that I go to the store where I purchased the phone and ask the to just check the Simm and the Phone. I did this what an attitude the woman sat opposite me and after explaining the problem to her and showing her my reference number to her from Cell C. Sitting cross armed she did not even bother to look at the phone all I got out of her was "why are you coming here if its a network problem, I can take the phone in for repairs and you have to wait 3-6 weeks" end of discussion.

I think the service is pathetic I use this phone for business all my call emails etc, comes to the iPhone and my iPad as the sync with each other, how is a person supposed to do business in this country with attitudes like that.
