Nokia Lumia phone on contract would not hold charge. I took it to MTN office Oudtshoorn and was told it could take up to 10 days to come back. It is now 16 days that I have been w/o my phone and MTN service which has been paid for. On the 17th May, I called the repair centre who informed me the phone was fixed, sent, and would probably be at MTN Odn that same day. On the 20th I called their office and was told that the phone had been sent to George Mall. On the 22 I've called again and I was told that I would definately have feed-back from Odn.by 10am on the 23rd. At 11H15 I have not heard a word, and I have not had over two weeks of service and use of phone for which I have already paid. I live 60KM away from Oudtshoorn, I have been into their shop 4 times!!! Please Help!
