Good day, could someone PLEASE assist my mom with the correct information. She would like to change the details of the home telephone account to her name as she is a pensioner. She has received 4 different quotes from the call centre as well as the Telkom shop for doing this. The quotes range from free to R350!! One call centre agent even told her that she would get a phone, identicall and answering service and guaranteed her this would be free, as the calls are recorded. I have included her telephone number in the space provided. She has been struggling to get the proper information for over a week and therefore I have resorted to logging this complaint.
