New account - NIGHTMARE

When applying for my Telkom Line i spoke to a fantastic call centre agent, Nicole.

My line was installed yesterday.
The technitian left no information re my telephone number, how to set up the internet.after numerous calls to the call centre and then actually paying an IT guy to set it up for me i get a call today from a Telkom agent, i asked how much my bill is so i can go online and pay it, he put the phone down on me?

I log onto Telkom online and try finding out there and i need some number that appears on the bill, so i call the call centre again, go through the whole ordeal again get the number from a very efficient lady and type it in and guess what, telkoms website says my number does not exist but the call centre picks it up.

Telkom Send me my bill kindly via e mail by the close of business today along with every bit of information codes whatever i need to know otherwise send your people to fetch the internet modem and cancell my account immidiately, as i will be taking out an account with one of your competitors.
