I bought a new modem from MTN Brooklyn when i wanted to use it it did not work i took it back 06/05/2013 i was assisted by Elsie who was very unprofessional who does not listen to a clients needs. i was told the item needs to be sent for repairs rather than replacement and i will have it back within a week. After numerous follow ups and unturned messages i still have no feedback or my modem back and this is going on week 3. Please MTN pull your act together and keep your clients informed you can not let your clients pay for something they can not use and when they have a problem you just keep quiet
