This modem is faulty. Went to 2 Mtn branches in Welkom 29 April 2013 - problem not resolved - first problem is that the branches have to verify that the modem is faulty. Did NOT work when inserted into two different laptops at two different branches Wasted more than 1 hour yesterday while staff phoned some call centre. No resolution of problem
Wasted more than 1 hour today dealing with staff who seem to be more concerned with security than providing a service - this is surely a joke given mtn's record with sim swops which cause clients to be defrauded.
Can one simple request be resolved - that the faulty modem be replaced - it seems that this action is beyond the scope of mtn
