Useless service

On Saturday 12/01/2013 at 12h00, I went to 8ta/Telkom shop in Cape Gate, Brackenfell to get my mobile modem fixed. The salesman told me that they do not do the repairs of the modem and I must buy a modem from him. I told him I brought my Vodacom modem along, because their ad in the Paper said I could bring it in, He then told me that I misunderstood the ad and that 8ta does not do that conversion. I then told him it can be done by 8ta and for him to please phone the other branch. He then, in front of other customers, told me that I do not know what I was talking about. He told me to go to the other shops myself, but I must leave him alone.

As far as I know, this said conversions are done by 8ta and he is not trained properly, doesn't know how to handle clients and product knolege is poor.
