I called the Vodacom call centre as I noticed that my bill has been increasing in amount over the last 3 months, the consultant says that I need to quote the sim card number to prove that I have the sim card and I told her I don't have it I have never used the sim card, she says she cannot help me as the account is softlocked but someone is making calls and sending smses from it. What do I do to secure me number besides having to cancel my contract!!!
