WORST COSTUMER SERVICE

I am due to upgrade and have visited the branch on numerous occassions. There is never a consultant available to assist, they are always busy. I have contacted their branch on more than one occassion and left numerous messages. Up till today nobody has contacted me back, even after so many promises. I just want to arrange an upgrade and make sure they have stock. Why is it so difficult to contact me and assist me therewith. Head Office is not responding to my complaints either. But I never expected that much as I see they never respond to anybody.
