I recently took up a new contract with MTN as i believed they were offering the best deal on the market at the time. Since then however I have been into the branch 4 times in 4 weeks to complain about something. Not once having left satisfied, I have no choice to terminate this very short relationship after just 4 weeks. The information provided me upon application was misleading and inaccurate, my account has been debited for an amount much higher than agreed upon and i have not yet even received a statement. Normal business practise is to receive a statement before any funds are debited from your account. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and my heart very sad. I have been a Vodacom customer for 7 years and chose to leave them for MTN however after this I cannot stay.
