Vodacom has incorrectly debited my account With R1200.00. This is not my account. I have to try and get all the information for them which is their fault. I have been cut of 3 times after each time going through the same process. I have also been billed for itemised billing for the last 2 years. I have not received 1 invoice. I cannot get anyone at Vodacom who can help me. I now have to go in at my own expense.
