Ignoring Termination of Service, Continues Billing

Recently I moved from Johannesburg to Plettenberg Bay and discovered I could not use my Neotel Telephone. After a few emails to Customer Services it was established that there is no coverage in Plett. The solution was to terminate the services. I even received an email acknowledging the termination of my services. Hence the brilliance of Neotel, they continue to bill me every month and they think I should be paying these amounts. They keep on threatening me & harassing me with Lawyers doing debt collection & threats to blacklist me. I have to wonder if their brains have left the building, never mind Elvis.
I suggest to many User's out there, because there are quite a couple of Service Providers out there not knowing what the other hand is doing, so go pay-as-you-go with the SP with the best rates. Needless to say my list is growing rapidly of corporations that I will no longer be sharing my money with.
I see there are complaints from other User's, with the exact same complaint.
