My iPhone was brought in for repairs on 12 May for a no service issue. This phone has to go to JHB for repairs. It is a known fact that iPhones are not repaired, but replaced under warranty. I cannot understand that it has to take 7 - 10 working days for a relapcement to be issued? We are in the 21st centuary! This phone costs
R10 000 and this is how you treat your customers? I would like my replacement phone today.
